Perfect place to drop my #1 EAH theory on why Raven and Apple have the hair colors that they do. I believe that the Grim brothers had a role to play in this. First off, it has been said multiple times that all Snow White’s have dark hair just like Raven and in every young version of the Evil Queen, both in the books and the show itself when she’s on the dragon, we see her with platinum blonde hair and Apple have the lightest blond hair out of the whole cast. (Excluding Darling) Second, why is Apple named after the thing that poisons her and why is Raven more princess coded? That’s because they aren’t in their correct destinies. I think they had their roles switched by the Grim brothers because Raven started having powers far too early. She was originally named Raven White because of her hair color and Apple was named Apple Queen because the apple is that weapon that almost kills Snow White. This theory explains why their personalities are the way they are. Raven is a princess so she’s much more caring of people’s feelings while Apple is a villain which is why she always prioritizes herself over everyone else. The Brothers were able to change their placement in the Story Book of Legends but not their identity. And one final thing is the Charming siblings. I think the Grim brothers tried to change their destinies too after they switched Raven and Apple’s but it didn’t work. We know that Daring is the Beast from Beauty and the Beast but was raised to be the SW Prince Charming. But since his book placement wasn’t changed he was forced to play his original role as the Beast. As for the other two I think Dexter is the SW Prince Charming and Darling is the Good King. Dexter is drawn to Raven possibly because of his destiny wasn’t changed but hers wasn’t which threw everything out of wack. And Darling was able to save Apple because she’s meant to end up with Apple as the Good King.

my absolute favorite characters are Raven ,Maddy and Lizzie. Raven is truthful and sweet ,Maddie is fun and kind ,Lizzie is rightful and honest (reminds me of Abbey from MH who is also one of my favorites) Apple is an important character who had become better and I kind of understand where she was coming from, her design is also beautiful but I cannot pick her as a favorite character, and as friendly as she is I can't imagine being friends with Apple for example ,way too "perfect" and shining (her character is flawed but you know what i mean) I loved CA cupid skeleton wings in MH ,but I'm glad she is a prominent character in EAH On the boys side ,i kinda started liking Daring the more we learned more of him ,Dexter is cute and I love raven x dexter ship ,I don't like Sparrow at all the sounds he makes grate my ears haha anyway all or most of the characters of EAH are really pretty and the dolls are beautfiul 'at least the earler ones) so I'm glad i don't collect dolls otherwise I would be so broke...I'll just..admire them haha

For Apple and Raven's hair colours, I've seen a theory (I forgot from who) that something happened to cause them to be swapped at birth. That's why the Evil Queen and Snow White were so bitter

As a quick post-mortem to this particular doll line, I think the main problem is that they just didn’t feel like mermaids. Popular culture has a particular vision of how a mermaid should look: pretty fish tail, long hair, nautical theming, lovely smiling face. Barbie pretty much nailed this look back in the 90’s, and Ariel and her sisters set it in our minds via Disney. The Mermaze dolls, though, just look like they’re a weird mix of trying too hard and half-baked concepts. The variety of tails and unique hairstyles is nice, and who doesn’t love a good color-change doll. But their clothes mostly look very strange on a mermaid (even as a little girl, I would have wondered how they could swim in those huge fluffy coats), the lack of articulation in the tails is a big turnoff, and as someone who grew up with Barbies and Skippers who could just slide on their shiny mermaid tails and take them back off whenever the imagination wanted, the inability to switch fins and legs just seems wrong. At least when Monster High did this, they had some variety and real articulation! Then there’s the faces. Who wants a doll that looks simultaneously bored, stoned, and stupid with a hint of RBF? I still think a dedicated mermaid line could work. But this was most certainly a misfire.

I always saw the Trix as coven sisters and not biological sisters. In the 4kids dub it was stated that they didn't know what each other looked like as kids. The thing that threw me though was the writer stating that they are triplets.

The things that confuses me the most is about the Beauty cousins They are cousins through their mothers, the previous Sleeping Beauty and Beauty from Beauty and the Beast But that means that their grandmother was both Beauties? Which makes no sense Maybe their grandfather was one of the Beauties? But also, they are the same age Briar's mother slept for 100 years They could have been cousins through their fathers, probably another Charming family like how Daring became the next Beast even though he is a Charming Both problems would be solved Why are they the same age? Briar's father was born years after her mother But they decided that it would not be the case

Honestly, i hate how weak they make the specialist, Timmy is the most useful one. And since redtower was suppose to be a school for wizards i was hoping they would know some speels or two. Nabu was the most useful one and is powerful and actually help the girls, they let him die

Enchantix dresses were mainly inspired by different flowers, maybe that's what you meant when you said there is something familiar in it If I am not mistaken Flora's flower was lily and I absolutely love that idea of inspiration by butterflies and flowers

Something I want to add to the problem about earth fairies is the fairies say that they were locked up for centuries but Morgana had to had Roxy before getting captured so only 15-18 years ago so how the heck do Morgana and the earth fairies get locked up for centuries.

Something I noticed while watching the show is that if the spell that the girls used wasn’t a major spell, it typically didn’t have the same use ever again. Several spells the girls used ended up working differently later on. There was a bit of a lack of consistency on that front. I get that making a ton of different spells and keeping track of what they all do can be difficult, however your audience is bound to notice it eventually. Once I noticed it could be hard to ignore and kind of annoyed me. I still enjoy the show, it’s just this little things like that drive me nuts.

I think the one for iris and Manny is that they have that Greek mythology to them since such being as cupid exist while not technically being a monster herself

Answer: back then, in Italy, we never really gave a fuck about continuity in a show without a message. There's no underlying theme in this story.

As an Italian, I can answer your doubt at minute 7:00 → in Italy we say that when the friendship between 2(or 3 in this case) girls is strong, we say that they are like sisters! This explains why Icy uses to call Stormy and Darcy as "sisters"!😄

I honestly have mixed feelings about G3. I loke that we are actually trying to give the characters more to do but some of the things that they went with, I just really dont like. For example, what they did with the changes to Deuce and Ghoulia, honestly doesnt sit right. We got rid of cleo and ghoulia's friendship and got rid of her talking in zombie. Why? Also, I dont like Deuce's snakes part in the storytelling; some of the plotlines they use them for could easily still work if they showed his friendships with the other cast members more.
